Dear Tom,

Allow me to express my sincere gratitude for the efforts you have put into the training of our management staff during January 22 and 23, 1996. When our company’s restructuring program started with your assistance over a year ago, this two days’ training sessions caped the successful finalization of the initial phase of this process.

For many of our participating employees, the training you provided, has been their first opportunity to such an experience since the establishment of our company in 1990. It seemed to be only natural, therefore, that many opinions and thoughts were set free during this two days which were bottled up for quite sometime and which certainly added substantial essence to our people’s generally positive perception of the training itself.

I also want to thank you again for honoring our agreement which had the training fee included in our earlier rationalization contract. Please, kindly accept my regrets concerning the delayed reply to your message of January 30 as I was constantly on the road during the last weeks.
