Our relationship with TMT began with a need for me to understand the issues surrounding Rules of Employment and their establishment. We ended up doing Strategic Partnering with TMT, which means that we got new work rules and all the helpful extras in terms of the TMT system, plus ongoing consulting. Best of all when a particularly serious employee problem came up, we were able to depend on Mr. Nevins to help guide us through it.

His is a hands-on approach, facing the problem squarely, working out tactics and implementation.
On a totally different front, TMT also found us a number of managers, including top Japanese members of our team.
