I first had Mr. Nevins help me with a consulting issue well over 10 years ago when I was President of Cutter Japan. We were younger, but had already lived in Japan many years, and had both deeply studied Japan and its ways.

Tom was a big help to me then and has continued to be a help to me and my organization over the years. I think it is people like myself who appreciate most how much he has studied and experienced. He has watched companies rise and fall, and helped them to rise again.

As for TMT Executive Search operations, although we have over two thousand people in our group, and can recruit top university graduates, we still occasionally need a senior expert or two from the outside. Since 1986 we have consistently used TMT and find that TMT has a large enough number of good consultants such that they can keep delivering and meeting our high standards. As of today TMT has placed eight senior specialists and key managers with us.
